Rosetta and Mario Stella Endowment Fund

MARIO STELLA: Alberta born with strong Italian roots, Mario Stella was a proud member of the Rotary Club of Calgary South now, The Rotary Club of Calgary at Stampede Park, for 28 years until his sad passing in 2013. A self-made Calgary businessperson, Mario's philanthropy extended to the legacy he left for six Calgary organizations including our Rotary Club. The proceeds from the Mario Stella Endowment Fund held at The Rotary Club of Calgary at Stampede Park will be directed to “Transportation Services for Special Needs Persons”. Applications that meet the criteria are open to non-profit organizations in the Calgary community that are registered with the CRA.

The application should state that the criterion for eligibility is only for transportation services for Special Needs persons. 

All vehicles or other equipment related to transportation must be identified with the following:

“Donated by Rosetta and Mario Stella and The Rotary Club of Calgary at Stampede Park”
